To help c-stores of all sizes offer fresh baked goods, in first quarter 2017 Rich’s Foodservice will launch a solution: a Corner Market Turn-Key Bakery Program. C-stores can choose from one of three programs to customize a bakery program that best meets their unique customer base. The three programs range from one simple bakery case to a complete program that includes two or more large cases, a decorative patterned wallpaper background, signage and pendant lighting. Stores can even choose a signage style and color combination that complements their own merchandising. In addition to the Corner Market Turn-Key Bakery Program, Rich’s partners with its convenience store customers to customize their bakery programs. C-stores can choose from either a fully-finished bakery program with cookies and donuts that go from freezer to bakery case in under 10 minutes, or a ready-to-finish program that enables the store to bake and customize their offerings.
