Start 2017 off right by evaluating how you prioritize intentions.

The following is a short, self-administered, self-scoring test that can help any business owner or manager prioritize their intentions for 2017:

Do YOU say what YOU will do and do all that YOU say YOU will?

Do you recruit, hire, and retain only high-quality staff?

Have sales, customer satisfaction, and profits improved since you became an owner or manager?

Do you regularly suggest new products, systems, and procedures and help put them successfully in place?

Do other staff members seek you out, formally and informally, for help, guidance, direction or support? If not, why not?
