Consumer packaged goods industry business intelligence market leaders to drive innovation and provide leading-edge big data solutions.

Management Science Associates, Inc. (MSA) announced a broad-ranging strategic alliance with InRhythm including the acquisition and merger of InRhythm’s consumer packaged goods services and customer contracts. MSA is also concurrently partnering with InRhythm’s offshore development resources and
business intelligence software.

“Over the past 50+ years, MSA’s mission has been to provide its customers/clients with world-class business intelligence solutions in many business areas: CPG, Media, Pharma, Healthcare, Metals & Advanced Manufacturing, Gaming, High-Security, and Data Storage/Management. Our research goal has been to drive innovation using leading-edge analytics, new technology and better data,” said Al Kuehn, MSA founder. “Combining MSA and InRhythm reinforces our joint commitment to our employees and CPG customers.”

The integration and alliance is expected to be completed in April 2017.

“This strategic combination of resources and customers will enable us to continue to invest and develop new solutions and technologies,” said Viv Penninti, president and CEO of InRhythm. “I’m happy to be a part of MSA and look forward to building value for our combined customer and employee base.”

InRhythm, an innovative and agile organization, entered the CPG vertical 7-8 years ago and changed that landscape, said Tim McGuire, MSA president. “Contributing to our customers’ success is our goal. InRhythm’s expertise and technology in the CPG space complements MSA strengths and will significantly expand our range of services to benefit our clients,”

Suzy Silliman, Managing Director of MSA’s CPG vertical platform, added, “Synergies that InRhythm has with MSA are an obvious fit and will accelerate our roadmap as well as our international presence.”
