Hoshizaki America Inc. has introduced its newest icemaker with the KM Edge Design. The KM-2600S_J3 stackable 3 phase cuber is replacing the KM-2500S_H3 series. The new model increases ice production by 7% while using 22% less energy. Stack two units to produce double the ice in the same footprint. The 48-inch wide icemaker is available as water and remote-cooled units and produces up to 2,617 pounds of crescent ice per 24 hours. A new remote condenser, URC-26J, is available to support the remote-cooled models (sold separately).
