NRC Realty & Capital Advisors, LLC (NRC) has been retained to sell two high-end c-stores in Las Vegas.
One of the sites is branded 7-Eleven and both stores sell Sinclair fuel. The c-store with the 7-Eleven will be sold branded, and the second store without c-store brand.
The 7-Eleven branded site was built in 2003 and has additional rental income. The store is 5,174 square feet on a 36,000 square foot corner situated on two busy arterial streets. The second store has additional rental income from a Subway and Little Caesar’s Pizza with a 4,484 square foot store on a 33,976 square foot site. Both sites have car washes and feature gaming. Sites are being sold with fuel supply and with the gas branding.
“This is tremendous opportunity for a small operator or investor operator to own high quality businesses in first class Las Vegas locations,” said Evan Gladstone, executive managing director of NRC.
The properties will be sold using NRC’s well-known “buy one or both” sealed-bid sale process.
