Wenzel’s Farm’s Assistant Plant Manager, Adam Schlafke recently graduated from the Master Meat Crafter Program.

The Master Meat Crafter Program is a highly regarded meat industry training program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. It is designed to provide a well-rounded, in-depth, and comprehensive knowledge of meat science, food safety, and meat processing principles.
This two-year program has seen 89 people graduate since 2010 when it began. The honors and knowledge that Schlafke has gained from this education mean a great deal to Wenzel’s Farm.
