Buys Rip Griffin Travel Center Stores and State Line Convenience.

Yesway is continuing its rapid growth with the acquisition of five Rip Griffin Travel Center convenience stores and the State Line Convenience store.

The State Line Convenience store is located at 1117 State Line Road in Joplin, Mo., while the five Texas locations are located at 202 Tahoka Road, Brownfield, Texas; 708 Frontage Road, Idalou, Texas; 4704 4th Street, Lubbock, Texas; 4609 Avenue A, Lubbock, Texas; and Dowden Road & Hwy 82, Wolfforth, Texas.

These new Yesway stores will further enhance the company’s presence in the Texas and Missouri markets, and are the latest to be added to the company’s existing portfolio of 80 locations currently operating in Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas.

The company has a robust acquisition pipeline, with plans to acquire, improve and rebrand an additional 120 to 130 stores per year over the next several years in order to reach its goal of building a 500-location strong chain of Yesway convenience stores in selected regions of the U.S.
