New c-store mobile app enhances rewards enrollment.
Tecmark, a provider of reward and loyalty programs for c-stores has launched its new consumer mobile app.
The Rewards Program app enhances the way rewards program members can enroll in programs, receive targeted offers in their preferred way, access program info, get directions to locations, access Q&A plus feedback and use the app to identify them as a member. Many future enhancements are planned with its ongoing new app release schedule.

Customers only need to use their cell phone number to enroll — no cards to carry or forms to fill out. For those who want a card, that continues to be an option. The mobile app is one more way for c-stores to engage with their customers to send offers, discounts and reward information. The mobile app provides another channel for promotions and communication that includes push and location-based notifications specific to individual customer needs. It uses individual member data points such as spend levels and status to determine offers, with all redemptions automatically tracked through the existing point-of-sale at time of purchase.
