Rudy’s & Sons sells its c-store and car was business to Gill Energy.
NRC Realty & Capital Advisors announced the sale of Rudy’s & Sons, a Pennsylvania car wash and convenience store company, to New Jersey-based Gill Energy.
Rudy’s & Sons Inc. is locally owned and operated and has been in business for over 40 years in the Lehigh Valley. The company sold its four convenience stores with gas, a free-standing car wash and other associated tunnel and self-serve car wash businesses located in Allenton, Bethlehem, Easton and Whitehall, Pa.
Three sites also have detailing facilities. Also sold was a Gulf fuel supply distributorship, which supplies the owned gas stations as well as four non-owned independent gas stations in the area.
Gill Energy was established in 1990 in Perth Amboy, N.J., and is a family-owned and operated fuel and convenience store chain. The company directly operates or supplies more than 100 branded and unbranded locations throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and has been a Mobil branded franchisee since 1991. It is also a BP, Sunoco and 76 jobber.
