C-stores are facing a seismic shift in the current retail landscape. A new focus on the customer experience among cries of ‘the death of retail’ has led to big changes in the way c-stores operate, and most of those changes start and end with the c-store operations team.
Now, a new survey, created in partnership between CB4 and Convenience Store Decisions, examines the ways in which c-store operations teams are responding to these challenges.
The survey combines the voices of 68 senior-level operations leaders, each representing a different recognized c-store chain with a minimum of 30 locations, and focuses on major challenges for the year, budget concerns, technology and store performance.
