Tomlinson acquisition allows Crown Brands to further support dealer, distributor, OEM and chain account customers with high-quality products.

Crown Brands LLC of Lincolnshire, Ill. has completed the acquisition of Tomlinson Industries of Cleveland, Ohio.

Founded in 1911, Tomlinson Industries is a global manufacturer of No-Drip faucets and fittings for beverage and liquid dispensing. Throughout its 107 years of existence, Tomlinson added many product lines to include countertop cooking equipment, cast iron and thermal platters and skillets, Modular Dispensing Systems and other products for the commercial foodservice industry.

Tomlinson Industries is well-known for its No-Drip, Pro-FloTM, Modular Dispensing Systems, Simpli-Flex, Glenray, Fusion, Marston, C-Kure and Chef’s Edge brands.
