New Cumberland Farms c-store spans 6,000-square feet and includes space for outdoor dining.
FRONTIER Building has recently completed its first Cumberland Farms in Titusville, Fla.
One of the brand’s new concept stores, the gas and convenience outpost is located at 2 N. Hopkins Avenue. Located on 1.46 acres, the finished structure spans 6,000 square feet. It includes 17 parking spaces, 12 pump stations, and a small outdoor dining area.
After breaking ground in March of this year, the Titusville area faced one of its rainiest seasons of the year. FRONTIER Building worked relentlessly to go beyond the build to complete the project in just four months. A seasoned builder with vast experience in the construction and construction management of gas and convenience stores, FRONTIER Building was what Cumberland Farms needed to successfully complete the project.
Cumberland Farms has more than 550 locations throughout the U.S. including Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont.
