FIS Loyalty program consumers can instantly redeem loyalty points for savings on fuel purchases at Shell-branded stations nationwide.
Now FIS loyalty members have another location to redeem loyalty points.
Customers at participating Shell-branded fuel stations across the U.S. can redeem rewards points in real-time directly at the pump through a joint initiative between Excentus, a loyalty marketing and technology firm recently acquired by PDI Software, and FIS, a global provider of financial services technology.
More than 23 million customers can participate in the growing FIS Premium Payback redemption network, which links thousands of retail point-of-sale locations with customer card rewards programs. The program, which complements existing retailer rewards programs, helps merchants and retailers increase traffic, grow revenue, and enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
