ExxonMobil Educational Alliance Program allows retailers like VERC Enterprises to invest in their communities through educational grants for neighborhood schools.
VERC Enterprises recently presented Hedge Elementary School in Plymouth with a check for $500, a grant made possible through the ExxonMobil Educational Alliance Program.
VERC Enterprises is a convenience store and Mobil/Gulf gasoline operator with locations throughout eastern Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Funded by the ExxonMobil Corp., the ExxonMobil Educational Alliance program is designed to provide local retailers an opportunity to invest in the future of their communities through educational grants to neighborhood schools.
Antonio Depina, Team Leader from the VERC Commerce Way Mobil location in Plymouth presented the check to Kristin Wilson, principal at Hedge Elementary School.
“We’re proud to participate in such a fine program that recognizes and supports the quality of local schools,” said Jim Fitzgerald, president of VERC Enterprises.
