Love’s will donate $2,000 to local schools during a ribbon-cutting ceremony April 11.
Love’s Travel Stops reopened a travel stop in Toomsuba, Mississippi, which closed for major renovations in December.
The stop will host a ribbon cutting ceremony on April 11, during which Love’s will donate $1,000 to Southeast Elementary School and $1,000 to Northeast Elementary School.
The more than 10,000-square-foot facility is open 24/7 and offers many amenities, including a Love’s Truck Tire Care center, an Arby’s restaurant, 71 truck parking spaces, RV parking spaces and eight diesel bays.
“The Toomsuba travel stop is an ideal location along heavily traveled I-20 and connects professional drivers and motorists in Mississippi to popular destinations such as Tuscaloosa, Alabama,” said Tom Love, founder and executive chairman of Love’s. “We look forward to serving even more customers in this upgraded location with convenient amenities catering to those traveling through The Magnolia State.”
Love’s has more than 480 locations in 41 states. Founded in 1964 and headquartered in Oklahoma City, the company remains family-owned and operated and employs more than 23,000 people.
Love’s has more than 350 truck service centers, which include Speedco and on-site Love’s Truck Tire Care locations.
