Holmes Murphy announced that it appointed Ali Payne as Practice Leader for Organizational Wellbeing.
Payne brings more than 19 years of experience developing holistic, innovative solutions to enhance the employee experience and engagement.
Payne spent the last 15 years with Gallagher, helping organizations around the world develop strategies to impact their employees’ financial, social/emotional, career, physical, and community wellbeing. She will bring this Thought Leadership to Holmes Murphy, as she works to create a new division focused specifically on all facets of organizational and client wellbeing and success.

In addition to her role focused on adding value to all areas of Holmes Murphy’s business in support of the company’s growth and the needs of its No. 1 priority — clients, Payne will also collaborate with the company’s Human Resources team to provide employees with a top-notch work environment. Payne received her undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology from The University of Iowa and her Master of Science degree in Health Promotion and Human Resource Management from Nebraska Methodist College. Payne also holds a certificate in leadership from Harvard Business School.
