Pilot Flying J opened a new Pilot Travel Center in Odessa, Texas.
The travel center features full amenities for area residents, the traveling public and professional drivers, while adding approximately 50 local jobs and other economic benefits to the community.

By expanding our network in the Permian Basin, we hope to better serve the exponential growth and rising traffic in the region.”
This Pilot Travel Center offers many amenities, including:
- 12 gasoline fueling positions and five diesel lanes with high-speed pumps for quicker refueling
- PJ Fresh pizza and homestyle meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Hot and cold grab-and-go offerings prepared on site daily, including salads, sandwiches, fruit cups, burritos and an array of snack items
- Pilot’s Best Gourmet Coffees, including bean-to-cup selections and cold brew
- Dunkin Donuts self-serve
- Public laundry
- 15 truck parking spaces
- Three showers
- CAT Scale
- Public seating area
- Everyday products for quick shopping needs
The new facility at 4200 W. Hwy. 302 will be Pilot Flying J’s 89th location in Texas, including travel centers, dealers and cardlocks, and it is expected to contribute $3.6 million annually in state and local tax revenues.
Two additional travel centers will open in Midland, Texas, and Andrews, Texas, later this year to better serve residents and industry traffic in the West Texas region.
Pilot Flying J is donating $2,500 to Ector County Independent School District. This donation will go toward updating and supplying new technology for the school district.

The Pilot Flying J network provides drivers with access to more than 72,000 parking spaces for trucks with Prime Parking at more than 400 locations, 5,200 deluxe showers and more than 6,200 diesel lanes with 5,200 offering Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) at the pump.
