How are labor management practices evolving in 2020? CStore Decisions is set to find out with help from c-store retailers like you.
CStore Decisions and Humetrics are again embarking on the annual HR Benchmarking Survey, which polls c-store retailers about labor management practices in return for exclusive insights on how they measure up against others in the c-store industry.
The survey—now in its 12th year—provides key insights into best practices in labor management from recruiting, hiring, training and retention to attracting the new Gen Z workforce. It also helps determine the latest trends in labor management including pay scale for frontline, hourly employees and managers, allowing hiring managers to understand exactly how their compensation packages stack up with others in the industry.
To support your frontline, hourly employee forecasting, planning and management activities, CStore Decisions and Humetrics’ president Mel Kleiman have collaborated on these annual surveys since 2009.
If you will take about 20 minutes to complete this mostly multiple-choice survey, in return, you will:
- Be entered into a drawing to receive one of three $100 gift cards or a $100 donation to the charitable organization of your choice.
- Be eligible to receive a complimentary, 30-minute consulting call with frontline, hourly employee hiring expert Mel Kleiman.
- Pick up new ideas about HR-related activities you may want to implement — or avoid.
- Receive a comprehensive checklist you can use to ensure your organization is investing its HR resources where they will generate the greatest return on investment.
No identifying information is required unless you would like to avail yourself of options 1 or 2 above and, if provided, will be held in strictest confidence. The survey will close on March 2, 2020, and the summary results will be published shortly thereafter on the cstoredecisions.com website as well as in our next issue.
