Twice Daily has launched made to order subs, sandwiches, breakfast and snacks at all of its locations. The unveiling will bring customizable options for loyal guests across the Southeast.
Made to order is a convenient and easy-to-use way for Twice Daily customers to personalize their food by entering their order at an in-store kiosk. Once the order is placed, the customer receives a printed ticket as the store team works to prepare it; the process was streamlined for a quick response time to ensure an effortless user experience.
Along with an upgraded in-store food experience, the mobile ordering feature of the Twice Daily app has been updated to include these same, customizable options. With the new and improved rewards app, Twice Daily can track and manage guests’ rewards progress and ordering ahead effortlessly.
“Our guests know to expect fresh, quality food when visiting any of our locations, and we’re excited to officially launch this new made to order option throughout Tennessee, Alabama and Kentucky,” said Dawn Boulanger, vice president of marketing for Tri Star Energy. “We strive to provide the highest quality experience, and we know this will be a go-to option for our guests to enjoy.”
Twice Daily launched the solution at the start of 2023 with test locations in middle Tennessee. The response from guests has proven successful, with store regulars quickly integrating the made to order process into their daily routine.
While made to order allows guests to craft their unique menu items, Twice Daily still offers a selection of staple groceries, doughnuts, pastries and an extensive beer cave featuring local and craft beers. Customers can also enjoy discounted items and limited-time offers exclusively available through the brand’s loyalty program, Twice Daily Rewards.
