Dodger fans in the Los-Angeles area no longer have to take a trip to the stadium to get their hands on a Dodger Dog.
Los Angeles-area ampm convenience stores are now carrying the iconic Dodger Dogs.
According to a report from ABC7, for the first time ever, the iconic 10-inch long hot dogs can be purchased outside of Dodger Stadium. ampm, which will offer two dogs for $3, is the only location outside of Dodger Stadium that these hot dogs can be purchased.
ABC7 stated that the hot dogs will be prepared in the same way that they are prepared in the stadium.
This introduction of Dodger Dogs to ampm convenience stores comes as a part of the brands partnership with the Dodgers, which has spanned two years. Last year, according to ABC7, ampm opened its first location inside Dodger Stadium. Fans can purchase beer, soft drinks, snacks and coffee at the in-stadium location.
ABC7 reported that more than 1.5 million Dodger Dogs are sold each season, but that number is expected to rise as over 500 Los Angeles-area ampm stores are now offering Dodger Dogs.
