Atlas Oil Co. has successfully completed its acquisition of Ro-Di Oil Co., of Veedersburg, Ind.
Ro-Di Oil Co. distributes approximately 10mm gallons of petroleum products annually in the central Indiana marketplace.
Ro-Di Oil Co. Inc. is a privately held company that has been in business for the past 17 years. Ron Hayman, president of Ro-Di Oil, will assist in the transition of the business and customer relationships. His son, RD Hayman, has joined the Atlas Oil team as district manager and will be instrumental in driving planned future growth in the region.

Atlas is a national fuel supply and distribution company that meets the fuel and service needs of businesses, municipalities and government agencies in 23 states. Atlas also supplies fuel to nearly 400 gasoline convenience stores throughout Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and Ohio.
