The awards will be presented during the NACS Show later this month.

BandyWorks has named the finalists for its 2025 C-Store Manager Awards, which recognizes exceptional store and district leaders who drive performance, motivate teams and deliver outstanding results across the convenience retail industry.

The awards will be presented during the NACS Show in Chicago at McCormick Place on Oct. 16, from 10:00-10:45 a.m. in room N230b.

“We understand that a store’s performance is a direct reflection of its manager’s dedication and skill,” said Tom Bandy, CEO of BandyWorks. “This award program is our way of shining a spotlight on these community heroes who drive daily excellence and significantly impact their stores’ profitability and customer experience. “

“The store manager is core to all things convenience industry. Regardless of the topic or initiative, store managers take the vision and create reality. Too often, they are the silent hero in a successful convenience store, and I am excited to see this opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate those leading their peers. Thank you, Bandy Works, for creating this program and highlighting our leaders,” said Stephanie Galentine, chief operating officer of Lassus Brothers Oil.
