Industry veterans bring food manufacturing experience to their new roles.
Berner Food and Beverage LLC recently announced Tim Lethcoe has joined the company as chief operations officer (COO) and Yvette Fossum has joined as vice president of sales.

Tim’s extensive operations knowledge further supports this growth platform, and Yvette’s tenure in the industry will aid Berner’s ongoing business development efforts.”
As COO, Lethcoe is now managing all functional areas of Operations, Supply Chain and Mechanical Engineering for Berner. He most recently led operations and supply chain for Treehouse Foods. His experience also includes ConAgra Foods, Ralcorp, American Italian Pasta Co., and Frito Lay/Pepsi. Lethcoe holds a BS in Industrial Management from Tennessee Technical University.
As vice president of sales, Yvette Fossum is tasked with managing Berner’s Private Label Sales team. She joins Berner from CSM Bakery Solutions, where she headed their sales efforts. She has over 18 years experience in food manufacturing sales and has held various leadership roles in sales with companies such as Mars Food, Reckitt Benchkiser and Gerber Products. Fossum holds an MBA from University of Phoenix and a BS in Business Administration from College of St. Elizabeth.
