Circle K is bringing back its popular Circle K Fuel Day ahead of the Memorial Day weekend. On Thursday, May 22, the retailer will lower its fuel prices by 40 cents per gallon.
Between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. local time, Circle K will reduce its fuel prices, with the discount applied directly at the pump. In addition, customers who have signed up for Inner Circle rewards can hit the pumps early that day and enjoy an extended Fuel Day from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. local time at participating Inner Circle locations. The 40 cents per gallon discount will be applied once the phone number associated with the membership is entered at the pump.
In observance of the Memorial Day holiday, Circle K will once again donate 10% of the profits during the three-hour event to the Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation, which provides college scholarships and educational counseling to military children who have lost a parent in the line of duty.
“As people hit the road for the long weekend and kick off the summer season, we are pleased to bring all of our valued customers, both existing and new, some great savings at the pump,” said Louise Warner, executive vice president — North American Operations, for Circle K. “It is also our honor to use this occasion for the second straight year to partner with the Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation and support their important work to provide educational opportunities for children with parents who gave all in service to this country.”
5,800 Circle K locations across the U.S. are participating in Circle K Fuel Day.
