Each year, CStore Momentum, formerly known as the Young Executives Organization (YEO) Conference, brings together the industry’s next generation of convenience leadership. Taking place this year in Knoxville, Tenn., the event will be hosted by Weigel’s — a brand that is carrying serious momentum into the second half of 2025.
At the conference, attendees will get the opportunity to hear from Weigel’s executives like CEO Doug Yawberry, director of merchandising and marketing Nick Triantafellou and more.
The speakers will dive into Weigel’s marketing strategy, name, image and likeness (NIL) objectives, foodservice and loyalty programs and so much more. Plus, all attendees will have the chance to participate in Weigel’s store tours and get an inside look at the retailer’s new commissary program.
“CStore Momentum isn’t your parents’ conference. This is an event that’s specifically built for the next generation of convenience retail leaders: ambitious, forward-thinking individuals like you who are ready to connect, grow and shape the future of the c-store industry,” said Erin Del Conte, editor-in-chief of CStore Decisions. “It’s a key opportunity for young executives in their early 40s and under to learn more about the industry, network and join in roundtable discussions about leadership with their peers who are facing similar challenges as they prepare to lead their companies into tomorrow.”
