A portion of Chill Zone beverage sales are set to support the new library building 
fund.
Cumberland Farms announced that the Granby Public Library will be the beneficiary of a month-long fundraiser to support the construction of the new library and its programs for all populations of Granby, from preschoolers through seniors.
For four weeks beginning on Thursday, Dec. 20, Cumberland Farms will donate 20 cents from every Chill Zone beverage, brewed tea and coffee (iced or hot) purchased at its newly remodeled store at 74 West State Street in Granby, Mass. directly to the ”Friends of the Granby Public Library” new library building fund. Cumberland Farms aims to raise at least $1,000 for the community.
“We are thrilled to be moving forward with our project of constructing a new library building for the town of Granby,” said Library Director Jennifer Grant. “We have always worked to provide a number of activities designed to educate and entertain our local youth, and our new library will help us strengthen those efforts. This donation from Cumberland Farms is going to be instrumental in making that happen.”

Over the past year, Cumberland Farms has donated more than $100,000 to support local organizations across the Northeast.
The Granby Public Library has as its mission recreation, information and education. Thanks to the support of the community, construction has begun on a new 21st century library for Granby that will be able to serve all populations and will be a strong asset to the entire community.
