Long time Shell marketer Joe Mamo of DAG Petroleum Suppliers LLC has completed the purchase of 19 Shell gas stations and conveneince stores in Arlington and Alexandria, Va., The sites were acquired through two newly formed and related companies, NOVA Petroleum Suppliers and Nova Properties.
“We look forward to integrating these newly acquired sites into our established Shell dealer network,” Mamo said. “Happily we were able to successfully finalize this deal despite the challenging financing climate that we faced throughout the process. In the end it came down to the dedication and professionalism of all parties involved including my staff at DAG, Shell Oil and our financing support team.”
Financing was coordinated by PetroProperties & Finance of Coral Gables, Florida.
