Kyle Krause, CEO of Kum & Go announces the promotion of Brian Thompson as chief acquisitions officer. Thompson will be responsible for developing the company’s Grow Business department, an area responsible for all convenience store acquisitions and alternative business developments.He has been with Kum & Go since 2003, and was previouslyits chief financial officer.

announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Terry L. McElroy and Mark D. Miles to each serve as a director of the company. Prior to joining The Pantry, McElroy had an illustrious career with McLane Grocery Distribution, a unit of McLane Co. Inc. Miles was a chief executive officer of the ATP, a men’s professional tennis organization, from 1990 through December 2005. Before joining ATP, he was director of corporate relations for pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly & Co.
Two seasoned sales executives have been named to BUNN-O-Matic Corp.’s sales team. Greg Fisher has been named senior vice president, national accounts, and Joe Sturm has been named vice president, sales administration and customer support. Fisher has more than 20 years of experience with BUNN, and in his new role will provide leadership and strategic planning to the national account sales group. Sturm joined the company in 1983, and worked in the purchasing and order departments before leading a companywide project to introduce new technologies. He joined the sales team in 1987, and manages the nationwide district sales team and the inside sales group.
