The new drink features Dunkins cold-brew coffee, added to menus in 2016, infused with nitrogen for a bold taste and smooth texture.

Dunkin’ Donuts has launched nitro cold-brew coffee at Dunkin’ Next Generation Stores.

The new drink features Dunkin’s cold-brew coffee, infused with nitrogen for a bold taste with a smooth and creamy texture, as well as an “Instagram-worthy, cascading visual effect.”

“Nitro Coffee is served almost like a beer, without ice, resulting in a beverage that delivers a creamy texture and frothy head for a unique, elevated coffee experience that can be both seen and tasted,” said Janet Rock, Research & Development Manager in the Dunkin’ Test Kitchen.

In 2016, the company launched Dunkin’ Cold Brew, a full-bodied, ultra-smooth cold coffee steeped in small batches over an extended period of time. It has quickly become a customer favorite. Dunkin’ sees Nitro Coffee as the next exciting coffee beverage to help keep people energized any time of day.
