Eby-Brown Co. LLC, based in Naperville, Ill., has signed a letter of intent to purchase the assets of Dearborn Wholesale Grocers L.P. of Chicago.
Servicing retail accounts throughout the Midwest, the Atlantic Coast and the Southeast, Eby-Brown is the largest privately held convenience store distributor in the U.S. with annual revenues in excess of $5 billion.
Dearborn Wholesale Grocers, also privately held, services convenience stores in and around the Chicagoland area.
