Convenience stores play a vital role in supporting their local communities. Numerous convenience stores partner with local charities, schools and food banks to provide donations, sponsor events and support fundraising efforts. Some offer scholarship programs, host community clean-up days or donate unsold food to reduce waste and help those in need, and so much more.
In the July issue of CStore Decisions, we’ll be recognizing two convenience store chains that are standing out for their philanthropy and community engagement.
Convenience store chains active with philanthropy and community engagement are encouraged to nominate themselves for this award. Supplier companies are welcome to nominate convenience store retailers for this award as well.
