FDA seeks to educate retailers with new quizzes and updated information on tobacco regulations, including in Spanish.

The FDA’s Center for Tobacco Products’ (CTP) has added new features to the retailer section of its Website.

FDA hopes these new updates and quizzes will help educate retailers about relevant tobacco regulations and increase voluntary compliance with FDA’s regulations.

New features include:

  • The Break the Chain of Tobacco Addiction Webpage (www.fda.gov/BreakTheChain <http://www.fda.gov/BreakTheChain> ) now contains more user-friendly content. Newly improved page includes free retailer education materials about tobacco product regulations.
  • Free Break the Chain of Tobacco Addiction campaign materials are now available in Spanish <http://www.fda.gov/tobaccomaterials>
  • Test your knowledge by taking the Tobacco Retailer Quiz <http://www.fda.gov/TobaccoProducts/ResourcesforYou/ucm247679.htm#Tobacco_Retailer_Quiz_Widget>
  • English and Spanish versions of a Retailer Quiz Widget <http://www.fda.gov/TobaccoProducts/ResourcesforYou/ucm247679.htm>
