Teaming with Ready Training Inc. and Targeted Solutions, Honey Farms to use new E-Learning curriculum to train employees.

Honey Farms has launched a new partnership to bring on-line training services to its employees.

The company is working with Ready Training Inc. (RTO), a full-service on-line training company, and Targeted Solutions, a convenience petroleum consulting company, to build cost-effective, Web-based training programs tailor-made for Honey Farms employees and managers.

“We’re excited to be launching an industry specific E-Learning curriculum for our employees,” said David Murdock, executive vice president for Honey Farms, which is headquartered in Worcester, Mass.  “By utilizing the industry knowledge of Targeted Solutions and RTO’s Web-based training technology, we can provide new associates a unique blended learning experience.”

For the past five years, RTO has harnessed the power of the Web to become a force in on-line training for companies. “We are very excited to partner with Dave and his team at Honey Farms,” said Jeff Kahler, president and CEO of RTO. “As they continue to grow we’ll provide an important resource for delivering quality on-line training to their employees.”

Tom Hart, founder and CEO of Targeted Solutions, a top-to-bottom consulting firm for the industry noted, “I’m proud to be part of this team to develop an educational offering for Honey Farms.”  Hart said, “With our latest innovative program, ‘Guide to Success – The First 24 Hours’, we’ll be able to offer an HR solution to guide both trainers and trainees to a successful start during the on-boarding process.”

Honey Farms is a privately-held, retail convenience store chain with more than 30 locations in Worcester and Middlesex counties.
