Christopher Leader has been promoted from chief operating officer to president of Hoshizaki America Inc., headquartered in Peachtree City, Ga.

Hoshizaki America engineers and manufactures high quality ice machines and reach-in refrigerators in its two U.S. manufacturing facilities and distributes display cases, hi-temp dishwashers and water filtration products.  It also has six company-owned Distribution Centers across the U.S.

Leader joined Hoshizaki in January 2010 and is responsible for all of Hoshizaki’s business in the Americas.

Additionally, Leader was appointed president of Hoshizaki USA Holdings Inc., located in Peachtree City, Ga., which is the parent company of Hoshizaki America and Lancer Corp., headquartered in San Antonio, Texas.  Lancer is an international producer of beverage dispensers.

Hoshizaki USA Holdings is a subsidiary of Hoshizaki Electric, a multi-billion dollar world-wide producer of foodservice equipment and commercial refrigeration and global supplier of commercial ice machines, which is listed on the Nikkei Index.
