The International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association (IDDBA) elected the 2013-2014 Officers and Board of Directors at their Annual Business Meeting, held recently in Chicago.
William Klump, senior vice president marketing, Butterball LLC, was elected as the association’s chairman of the Board. He has served on the Board of Directors since 2006 and has been actively involved in many committees. Voni Woods, senior director of Deli, Giant Eagle Inc., continues to serve on the Board of Directors as past chairman.
Other new officers for 2013-2014 are: Executive Vice Chairman — David Leonhardi, events director, Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board Inc.; Vice Chairman — John Cheesman, vice president sales – Corp. Accts., Maplehurst Bakeries LLC; and Treasurer — Jewel Hunt, group vice president pharmacy, Health & Wellness, Safeway Inc.
Industry leaders elected to serve three-year terms on the IDDBA Board of Directors are: Linda Duwve, vice president retail sales, Emmi Roth USA, Inc.; Rick Findlay, vice president purchasing, Whole Foods Market Inc.; Glenn Harmon, senior vice president, PriceSmart Inc.; Tim Holler, team leader, brands, Schreiber Foods; Jewel Hunt, group vice president pharmacy, Health and Wellness, Safeway Inc.; Greg Schlafer, president, Lamb Weston Inc.; and Joe Squires, field sales director, Land O’Lakes Inc.
