Kellogg’s has launched an exciting, Olympics themed promotion in the convenience store channel.

The Kellogg Co. is bringing the excitement of the 2016 Summer Olympics to convenience stores with the new Kellogg’s Win Gold promotion.

“The spirit of the Olympics is contagious,” said Gavin Bowyer, senior director of morning foods and bars. “The ceremonies, the games, athletes from around the world and of course the spectators and fans – everyone wants to be a part of the Olympics.  Now with Kellogg’s Win Gold Promotion, everyone can participate for a chance to Win Gold!”

Kellogg’s is supporting that desire to be a part of something special with an engaging, on-pack promotion for convenience channel customers. Many consumers rely on convenience stores for a great start to their days, and with the Kellogg’s Olympics Win Gold promotion, their visits could make them a winner through the text to enter promotion. This new Kellogg’s Olympic-themed sales driver will be in market from July through August 2016.

Core Kellogg’s products, including Pop-Tarts, Rice Krispies Treat Bars, Nutri-Grain Bars and Special K Protein Bars all have strong ACV in the convenience channel.
