The Bash is scheduled to feature an assortment of art and entertainment to ring in the new year.
Kum & Go is set to sponsor the Des Moines Social Club’s New Year’s Eve Event on Monday, Dec. 31, from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. at Capital Square, 400 Locust Street, Des Moines, Iowa.
All ages are welcome, with general admission set at $20 in advance and $25 on the day of the event. VIP tickets are $100 and include VIP seating, table and bottle service, one indoor parking space, free appetizers and a drink ticket.
The event features two stages of music with performances by Max Wellman and his Big Band, Tires, Love Songs for Lonely Monsters, Madison Ray and All the Single Ladies, and The Snacks as your emcee’s for the evening. More bands TBA. The Swinging Sirens will be performing on swings right above the crowd.
The Bash will have an assortment of art and entertainment, including a human ball drop by Ann Stimmel, live art action by favorite local artists, spoken word by Michael Tabor, and of course a few special surprises.
A full cash bar will feature specialty cocktails, plus PBR and Blue Moon, and a variety of non-alcoholic beverages for the designated drivers and under 21 crowd. There will also be a delicious spread of tapas by Big City Burger.
