Kwik Shop Inc., the Hutchinson, Kan.-based convenience store chain operating under The Kroger Co.’s umbrella, has hired Brian Fisher as vice president of operations, said Jeff Parker, president of Kwik Shop, in a press release.
Parker, a nine-year employee at the Jacksonville, Fla.-based The Pantry Inc., will start at Kwik Shop at the end of the month. He is a graduate of Northwood University in West Palm Beach, Fla.
`Kwik Shop has about 130 c-stores in Kansas, Nebraska and Iowa.
