Kwik Trip is now selling CBD products, including vape pens, topical rubs, oral pouches, tinctures and drops.
The La Crosse, Wisc.-based company sent out an email to its rewards customers about the news.
The company website features an FAQ section about CBD, with answers to questions like: What is CBD? Is CBD legal? Is CBD like marijuana?
“Full spectrum CBD contains legal amounts of THC to maximize the benefits of CBD,” the website reads. “The ingredient may cause false positives on certain drug tests. Use with caution; Isolate CBD is THC free.”
Kwik Trip is a family-owned convenience chain with more than 600 locations in Wisconsin and Minnesota (under the Kwik Trip banner) and Iowa (under the Kwik Star banner).
