Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores, Oklahoma City,  today announced that Ralin Nespeca has joined the Love’s team as customer contact center manager.

 

Nespeca comes to Love’s with a master’s degree in business administration from Oklahoma Christian University, and brings a wealth of professional business experience. She has held a variety of positions in sales, training, product marketing, management, call center operations and program development.  In addition, Nespeca has used her work experience to teach marketing and management at the university level.

 

As customer contact center manager, Nespeca is providing leadership to the Customer Service team and will soon add dispatching for Love’s Tire Care Roadside Services to the group’s responsibilities.
