The Young Executives Organization (YEO) is a cohort within the National Advisory Group that focuses on meeting the needs of rising and next-generation leaders within the convenience and fuel retailing industry. Participation with YEO is included with your company membership and is open for anyone who feels they would stand to benefit from unique programming and networking specifically for the younger audience. There is no age cap on YEO, but it has traditionally served the "under 40" audience.
