Royal Farms has plans for at least four new New Jersey c-stores.
Maryland-based Royal Farms has announced plans to continue its expansion into Southern New Jersey.
According to a report from NJ.com, Royal Farms has plans to bring at least four new convenience store locations to the area. The first of these four locations will take the place of a former church in Magnolia, N.J. The company will turn the former church into a 5,400-square-foot convenience store and gas station.
The company has also proposed the addition of three other stores, with one to be located along Route 38 in Mount Laurel, N.J., one along Black Horse Pike in Bellmawr, N.J. and one to take the place of a vacant restaurant in East Greenwich, N.J., NJ.com reported.
According to the report from NJ.com, the Magnolia and Greenwich, N.J. locations have already earned approval from the planning board, while the two other locations are still awaiting a decision.
Royal Farms is a privately-owned chain, and, according to NJ.com, it already operates 167 stores in Maryland, Delaware, Virginia and Pennsylvania.
