Newsweek has released its annual “America’s Best Loyalty Programs” report for 2025, which included 20 convenience store brands — five more than in 2024.
Newsweek partnered with Statista to survey thousand of loyalty program members, evaluating hundreds of programs across 39 categories measuring customer satisfaction, perceived value, customer support, trust, the likelihood of someone recommending the program and overall benefits.
The 20 c-stores banners that were recognized include:
- Royal Farms
- QuickCheck
- Murphy USA
- Wawa
- Kwik Trip
- Maverik
- Holiday
- Kum & Go
- Thorntons
- Sheetz
- CEFCO
- Love’s
- Casey’s
- Speedway
- 7-Eleven
- Cumberland Farms
- RaceTrac
- Pilot Flying J
- ampm
- GetGo
Loyalty programs have been a significant point of focus for c-store retailers over the past few years. Statista predicts that the global loyalty market will grow from $13 billion in 2024 to $41 billion in 2032.
The fact that more c-stores are being added to this list is a sign that the industry is headed in the right direction.
