NOCO Express ‘excited’ to open its first store in Steuben County, NY-area

NOCO Express, a family-owned and operated gas and c-store chain based in Tonawanda, N.Y., celebrated the grand opening of its newest location in Wayland, N.Y.

This past June, NOCO purchased the former Acorn Markets. Today marked the grand opening of the store under the NOCO Express name and the completion of an in-store remodel to fit the needs of the customers.

“Our new Wayland store follows the same model as all of our stores in that it’s designed to provide the necessary conveniences and essentials for today’s on-the-go customers,” said Michael Newman, NOCO executive vice president.

Newman said the Wayland store is the 34th store for the chain.The remodel of the 3,000 square foot store took two weeks to complete. It features updated store decor and an increased variety of products. The fuel station next to the store is NOCO-branded.

The store plans to be open seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., and the Subway inside plans to operate from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
