Both properties are available for immediate sale.
The Three Rivers, Texas, store is 7,374 square feet. On a six-acre site off of I-37 between San Antonio and Corpus Christi, the Shell-branded store store was built in 2015.
The Mobil-branded store in Rockdale, Ill., store is 2,675 square feet. On a one-acre site in the Joliet area just off of I-80, the site is 45 miles Southwest of Chicago and was built in 2005.
