OPMCAOPMCA’s new Board members will help to cultivate company growth strategies.

On Aug. 4, 2016, during the Ohio Petroleum Marketers & Convenience Store Association (OPMCA) 2016 Annual Meeting, OPMCA members elected four new directors to serve three-year terms on the association’s Board of Directors.

The newly-elected directors are:

  • Will Englefield, vice president, fuels and commercial sales, Englefield Oil Co., Heath, Ohio.
  • Mark Harper, executive vice president, sales and marketing, Guttman Energy, Pittsburgh, Pa.
  • Ryan Howard, chief operating officer, truenorth, Brecksville, Ohio.
  • Nick Lacaillade, vice president, retail and corporate development, Certified Oil Co., Columbus, Ohio.

In a Board of Directors meeting immediately following the annual membership event, the current slate of association leaders moved to nominate and elect new officers. Zach Santmyer, president of Wooster, Ohio-based Santmyer Oil Co. Inc., SOCI Petroleum and Santmyer Commercial Fueling, was elected 2016-17 chairman of the Board of Directors, and Bob Manning, executive vice president and chief financial officer of Milford, Ohio-based Lykins Energy Solutions, was elected 2016-17 vice chairman.

In his role as chairman, Santmyer also presides over the OPMCA Executive Committee, which provides strategic direction and financial oversight to the association. He was first elected to the OPMCA Board of Directors in 2009, and again in 2012 and 2015. Most recently, Santmyer served as vice chairman. In his new role as vice chairman, Manning, who was appointed to the Board in 2014 and re-elected in 2015, also oversees the OPMCA Membership Development Committee, which cultivates strategies to address members’ needs.
