Renzo brings 23 years of valuable industry experience.

Parker’s Kitchen recently hired human resources (HR) leader Renzo Bassanini as senior vice president of human resources. In his new role, Bassanini leads recruitment, employee relations, training, compensation and benefits at Parker’s Kitchen while shaping the company culture, enhancing employee engagement and ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with overall business objectives.

A strategic human resources leader who leverages operational effectiveness and team collaboration to attract and retain top talent, Bassanini brings impressive experience in the convenience store and foodservice industries to his new position. He was a top-performer in the convenience store industry for 23 years, working his way up from guest service associate to Executive Director of Field Human Resources, where he was responsible for human resources for a network of convenience stores and distribution centers. Prior to joining Parker’s Kitchen, he served as the Chief People Officer for franchise network Bluemont Group LLC, where he led recruitment, training, compliance, benefits and employee relations, serving as a trusted HR advisor.

Bassanini earned the Employee Engagement Specialist certification from Top Workplaces, completed The GAP Partnership’s negotiation training and studied Executive Human Resources Management at Cornell University.  

Parker’s Kitchen is currently in the middle of an ambitious expansion and plans to expand into new markets including Myrtle Beach, S.C.; Jacksonville, Fla.; and Columbia, S.C. The company employs more than 1,600 team members throughout Georgia and South Carolina and completes more than a million transactions weekly.
