Rincon, Ga.’s new 4,500-square-foot Parker’s c-store features a gourmet coffee bar, fountain soda with Chewy Ice, fresh-brewed iced tea and a full selection of snacks and drinks.

Parker’s, a nationally-recognized convenience store leader, has opened a new state-of-the-art store in Rincon, Ga. in response to customer demand.

The 30th Parker’s location, located at the site of the former Springfield Ford dealership on Hwy. 21, offers discounted gasoline as well as 4,500 square feet of retail space. The store is the first Parker’s in Rincon and the third in Effingham County, joining existing locations in Guyton and Springfield.

“We’ve received repeated requests from Effingham County customers asking us to open a Parker’s in Rincon,” said Greg Parker, president and CEO of Parker’s. “We listened to our customer base and appreciate their support. Our goal is always to exceed customer expectations, delivering the products customers want most at competitive prices.”

The Rincon store offers signature Parker’s items like a gourmet coffee bar, fountain drinks with Chewy Ice, fresh-brewed iced tea, snacks and all the quality products Parker’s carries. The location also features innovative LIFT Retail Marketing Technology, which ensures quality customer service.

Like all other Parker’s retail locations, the Rincon store is offering PumpPal members a 10-cent discount per gallon of gasoline purchased through Dec. 31, 2012.

“We’re proud to be the low price leader and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service at our newest store in Rincon,” said Parker. “With our PumpPal program, we save our customers money every day, keeping gas prices low throughout Effingham County.”

The company’s PumpPal loyalty program, which offers discounts of up to 10 cents on every gallon of gas purchased, has saved customers $2.3 million since it first launched in February of 2011. Today, the PumpPal program has more than 59,000 members throughout Georgia and South Carolina.

Parker’s also offers its 1-Cent Wednesday Fueling the Community program at the Rincon location. On the first Wednesday of every month, Parker’s sets aside one cent of every gallon of gas purchased to donate back to community schools.

Parker’s currently operates 30 convenience stores across the region and plans to open additional locations in Chatham, Bryan, Liberty, Effingham, Bulloch, Jasper and Beaufort counties.
