Taylor, Mich.-based Marfood USA Inc. plans to launch its new Pemmican Web site on April 1 by giving away a free bag of Pemmican Beef Jerky every minute of the day.
Consumers must visit www.pemmican.com on April 1 between 12:01am and 11:59pm to register for a chance to win.
“We purposely chose April fool’s to launch our new site and give away a free bag of Pemmican every minute, but this is no joke,” said Paolo Rivolo, vice president of Marfood USA. “This April 1 we want to show people Marfood USA means business even on a day when people do not take any offer seriously.”
To make sure everyone knows their free bag per minute offer is not a hoax, Marfood USA is also donating five bags of Pemmican Beef Jerky to Feeding America, the largest food bank system in the U.S. for every free bag won by consumers during the April 1 launch.
Consumers are also invited to regularly visit the company’s Web site after April 1, where Marfood USA will be giving away outdoor gear and more free beef jerky every single day until June 30.
Pemmican Brand is owned by Marfood USA, a subsidiary of Marfrig Group.
