Acclaimed global thought leader Peter Sheahan has been named as an Opening General Session speaker for the NACS Show, which takes place Oct. 7-10 in Las Vegas.

Sheahan will speak during the NACS Show Opening General Session on Oct. 8. He is founder and CEO of ChangeLabs, a global consultancy that works with some of the world’s most effective organizations and individuals to deliver insights into the changing needs of customers and staff. With his groundbreaking bestseller “Generation Y,” Sheahan was among the first to recognize the Generation Y trend in the workplace. He has written six books that identify key shifts in the contemporary business landscape, including his latest, “Making It Happen,” which examines buying behavior and market positioning.

Sheahan also is internationally known for inspiring innovative business thinking in his presentations and was recognized as the National Speaker Association’s 2006 Speaker of the Year. He has been named one of the 25 Hottest New Speakers in America and one of the 25 Most Influential Speakers in the industry.
